Kehillot Tehilla is a private initiative totally owned and run by Tehilla. Incorporating this way gives us the ability to negotiate with builders, bankers, lawyers, and real estate agents throughout Israel to reduce the cost to our members without endangering our non profit status. We hope and pray that at some point we begin to show a profit. You should know that all monies raised by this enterprise go to Tehilla to further our work in the field of Aliyah and bringing more Jews home to Israel.

I am attaching a power point showing Zichron Yaakov hoping that perhaps this communicates why we feel Zichron is such an exciting choice for a community to live in and to invest in.
