A renovated refurbished structure on Moshav Kerem Maharal, in Shipulei HaKerem - On sale after many years of renovation and refurbishment. A christian building over 1,000 years old, that is built on high in the Moshav. On the original structure a Muslim structure was added. Until 1948 it was in the Arab villiage of Ijizim, the castle was owned by Rais Hakfar Muhamed el Ma'adi. With the destruction of the villiage and the establishent of Moshav Kerem Maharal in the 50's, the castle was passed over to the Moshav and was not used until the 80's. Through work on the building a lower floor was discovered beneath the building, 6 meters high, which itslef was renovated. All the renovations were done with authentic materials, such as wood and natural stone, From a real estate point of view we are talking about a very unique property to all of Israel. There is an additional level that has yet to be revealed, the board of antiquities has found it to be over 2,500 years old. The castle is 300 SqM and is situated on 2 dunam of land.
