| High rate of lot sales reported in Caesarea's Golf Neighborhood. Caesarea's Development Society reports that since the beginning of this year, 47 lots were sold in the neighborhood. Purchasers were not only new residents- in fact the last family to purchase is a family living in Caesarea for many years, which bought 620 square meters for their daughter, at the cost of $360,000. As its name implicates, the Golf neighborhood is located adjacent to golf courses, in the highest geographical location in Caesarea. The neighborhood was designed similarly to American Golfer communities, in which houses are built in the green meadows of golf clubs. In the U.S were golf is a very popular sport, a house's location in the vicinity of golf courses usually makes it a very hot real-estate property. Lately, the company announced that for every 1,000 square meters of purchased land, a free 2-3 year membership will be awarded to families, depending on the size of the purchased lot.
