Aviel is a small pastoral moshav of the Herut movement that is part of the Alona municipal council. Aviel is located North-East of Binyamina. Aviel was founded in 1949 and its area is approx. 3,000 dunams (approx. 750 Acres). Aviel is named after Aviel Epstein, an Ezel delegate who was killed in Rome (source: Wikipedia)
